I called ahead and was told to come right in, and I’m glad I did. The barber was finishing with an elderly gentleman and went above and beyond — helping him from the chair, putting on his jacket, helping him pay, and even walking him carefully to his car over the ice. It was really touching to see. When it was my turn, he gave me exactly the haircut I wanted and we had a great chat about MMA. Professional, kind, and clearly someone who cares about people. Easy 5 stars.

Tai is a Master of his craft & is always happy to see his customers. I am a senior so I don't have the need or desire for fancier haircuts anymore. But today I had my first ever hot towel shave & it was superb! I was quite ill last week & Tai's shave today completely relaxed & rejuvenated me.

This man knows beards. He has a clear passion for what he does, and is a great guy to have cutting your hair or beard. I'm in my mid 40s, new to the beard game, and this guy will absolutely give me tips and tricks, and he almost seems to get happier when doing that. I love the passion, and love the results every time I'm here. Heck, I don't even know his name, as I've never asked, but he's got a new full time customer here after just a couple visits

Trying to find and decide on a new barber after moving to a new city can be quite stressful. Thankfully Southside Barbershop took all this stress away! Extremely happy with my haircut and beard trim, shop is very nice, clean and inviting and good conversations were had. I will definitely be back and recommending this place to friends! Thanks again.
